He brings a proven track record of developing and managing digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of techniques including Paid Search, SEO, PPC and Social Media.
Sean believes in data driven decisions and knows the power of marrying customer data to 3rd party data to pinpoint the right target market. Research, market conditions, competitor data and technology are key to a successful strategy.
Sean is also an official member of Forbes Agency Council.
Kelly Hawthorne Smith
Kelly leads the media strategy for Twelve Three Media. She is a strategic media planner and buyer of both traditional and digital advertising with experience across many industries including automotive, hospitality, restaurants, fast food, higher education, retail, energy and non-profits. She specializes in television, radio, magazine, Facebook and Google buying.
Kelly’s 20 years of media experience have made her an effective negotiator. Her ability to see the bigger picture and her excellent attention to detail are extremely valuable skills in helping our clients achieve their advertising goals. Understanding consumer behavior has been instrumental in development of media plans. She is passionate about building strong, strategic media plans and buys that propel the success of our clients.
Daniel brings over 15 years development experience to Twelve Three Media. He is passionate about keeping up-to-date on design and development trends which lends to him being a well-rounded developer. Daniel loves obsessing over details and advocates for industry best practices. Daniel’s strong management skills and excellent communication translates to success for our clients. He is collaborative with other internal departments to ensure the website is properly aligned with social campaigns as well as paid campaigns.
Liesa manages the brand awareness and online reputation of Twelve Three Media’s clients. Using clear objectives, Liesa sets the social media strategy driving consumer engagement with our client’s brands. For each campaign, she builds the engagement strategy, creates all needed assets and manages all posts. Liesa specializes in creating and executing relevant and original content specific to each platform. Liesa is data-driven in her approach. She is an advocate of A/B testing to learn what fosters consumer engagement. She is constantly measuring and analyzing each social platform to optimize for maximum ROI. Liesa is a proud Colorado State University - Pueblo graduate where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Integrated Communication and a minor in Marketing.
Amanda focuses on activation and execution of Social Media projects and strategies as part of the overall digital marketing strategy for Twelve Three Media and our clients. This role sets the tone and direction for all social properties in an effort to drive brand/product awareness, further develop and strengthen the customer experience, encourage customer 'word of mouth' and communication. She is always looking for new ways to make our clients stand out. Amanda is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Marketing.
